I built my career in Operations within LVMH over 20 years - starting from industrial chemistry and quality, through QSE and product compliance leadership, to group-level transformation and technical direction across multi-country wine operations.

What I bring to a client: the ability to step into a complex organisation, rapidly diagnose what is blocking progress, build a realistic roadmap, and drive execution until it holds.
